Modder Behind Witcher 3’s Genital Mod Claims Infringement by CD Projekt Red

Recently, a modder has accused CD Projekt Red of using his mod for The Witcher 3 without permission. The mod in question adds a realistic genitalia model to the game’s characters. The modder is now claiming that the game developer has infringed on his copyright by using the mod without his permission. 

The modder, who goes by the name «Vaginas for Everyone,» first released the mod back in February of 2020. It quickly gained attention due to its unique and realistic models, as well as its humorous nature. However, «Vaginas for Everyone» has now claimed that the game developer has infringed on his copyright by using the mod without his permission. 

In an interview with PC Gamer, «Vaginas for Everyone» said that he noticed the similarities between his mod and the game developer’s version when he was playing the game. He claims that the developers used his mod without asking for his permission or crediting him. He also said that he believes the developers should have asked for his permission before using his work. 

CD Projekt Red has yet to respond to the allegations, but «Vaginas for Everyone» has said that he will be taking legal action if the game developer does not acknowledge his copyright. He also said that he expects to receive compensation for the use of his work. 

This is not the first time that a modder has accused a game developer of copyright infringement. In the past, other modders have also accused game developers of using their work without permission. It is yet to be seen how CD Projekt Red will respond to the allegations made by «Vaginas for Everyone», but it is clear that the modder is serious about protecting his work.
