Revolutionary Chatbot-Free Refund Experience for Gamers

This update explains a recent improvement in the refund process on the popular gaming console platform, designed to simplify the experience for players who wish to return a game.
Sony has removed the need for a chatbot interaction during the refund application. Previously, users had to engage in a negotiation-like exchange with a computer assistant, but this is no longer the case.
Now, a more direct approach is implemented. Users simply tap the three small icons "Positioned in the upper right section of the digital storefront." interface to access their transaction history. This straightforward step brings them directly to their earlier purchases.
If you wish to claim a refund, please follow these instructions:
- Open the transaction history via the indicated menu option.
- Select the purchase you plan to refund.
- Initiate the refund process without intermediary conversation.
The criteria for obtaining a refund remain unchanged. Refund applications should be filed within 14 days days from the purchase date, and the user must not have downloaded or played the game. In cases where a game has performance issues, exceptions to these requirements may be possible.
