The development teams have introduced a long-awaited online mode that allows for customizable private sessions accommodating up to 16 players. Participants can fine-tune weather settings, vehicle restrictions, and rules for spectators, ensuring that every race can be tailored to specific preferences. Additionally, a calendar of standard competitions has been arranged alongside a dedicated weekend event spanning from Friday to Sunday.

Various refinements in the underlying physics have also been implemented. The internal mechanics received a comprehensive review, featuring a newly developed tyre type and a more consistent computation of load sensitivity, calibrated according to tyre pressure and the dimensions of the contact surface. Moreover, the simulation of track surfaces has been overhauled, with each terrain now having its individual parameters and modifications, further enhanced by the incorporation of drag effects in both the forward and lateral directions on softer grounds.

The update also expands the Rally of Greece with the integration of two additional courses: one set in Loutraki and another in Elatia.
